Obtaining your results
Typically, test results are available within three working days of your sample arriving at our in-house laboratory. When your findings are ready, you will be notified through text and email. To access your results, log in with the credentials you received through email. Please contact us if you have not received your findings within seven days of submitting your sample.
What does a positive outcome imply?
If you have chlamydia or gonorrhoea, you must seek treatment as soon as possible. It’s usually better to acquire this from a sexual health clinic, however your general practitioner may be able to treat some STIs. You will recieve a free prescription if you tested positive for gonorrhoea (the cost of the medication is not free)
